Typically, we will ship orders within 5-7 business days of order date. We ship Monday through Wednesday as we only allow a package to be in transit for up to 3 consecutive business days as it is a frozen, perishable product. An email confirmation will be sent with tracking to follow your delivery status. 

For White Glove Delivery or Local Pickup, orders are usually ready within 2-3 business days and you will receive a follow up email to confirm and coordinate. 

For Bulk Orders

We offer White Glove Delivery within a 500-mile radius of Blue Rapids, Kansas as well as FREE Local Pickup.

White Glove Delivery is our exclusive delivery service available to customers within a 500mi radius of Blue Rapids, Kansas. This service is delivery with meticulous handling, personal hand-off / inside delivery (as desired), and unpacking and packaging removal (as desired).

Shipping to P.O. Boxes is not available. Please verify your correct shipping address. Any special instructions can be added to the comment section upon checkout. Once your order ships, we have no control over what occurs to your order during transit with FedEx. Therefore, making sure your shipping address and delivery details are correct is highly important.

Once you have placed your order and it ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Every cut is vacuum sealed, frozen, and labeled for your convenience.

Each order will be shipped in an insulated box, packed with dry ice. This ensures your order arrives fresh, cold, and safe. Our items are shipped frozen, ensuring they arrive to you at a safe temperature. It is possible that a portion of your order may not arrive completely frozen, especially when the weather is very warm. We suggest transferring the contents of your order to a refrigerator or freezer immediately upon receipt and at a minimum on the day of delivery. Though we take great measures to ensure it is not, if any of your orders are warm to the touch, we suggest discarding that portion and giving us a call. We take food safety and shipping our products very seriously. We take as many measures as possible to ensure your order arrives in a safe condition.

To dispose of dry ice, place it in a well-ventilated area at room temperature; the remainder of the ice will sublimate away. Never dispose of dry ice in a trash can, chemical waste container or other garbage/waste can.
